Do maintenance plan cover new page creations?

Our maintenance plan does cover page modification, bug fixes, coreections and backend updates, but not for new page creation. Our page creation plan can be found in the extra service section below.

Does maintenance plan include yearly Host renewal?

No. Our maintenance plan includes the renewal of your design tool & plugins, as well as management of your website, encompassing everything related to your hosting, email & WordPress interface. Meanwhile, we may help in renewal for clients on the M&M plan if they want us to handle that for them.

How many hours do you operate in a week?

We manage 10hours every day, from 7am – 7pm. Meanwhile, we do not operate on Saturdays & Sundays.

How long does it take to upload 200 products?

For the product, we upload sequentially, while the client submits, we upload. You can find out what we need for faster upload. Click the button, select the e-commerce tab, and watch “How to generate product link”: Click Here

What performance update do I get monthly?

We provide specific updates on site-wide performance on client request. These updates includes amount of visitors, sales, visitors’ locations, etc.
